ImagineBilling™ Interface Processing

ImagineBilling™ Feature Courses are designed to provide a quick snapshot of new or underutilized Imagine Billing Features. Each course is designed to be 10 minutes or less and allow our users to learn new things, without a decrease in productivity.

In this Feature course we will review the Interface Processing Module. The module was made available in the V 20.0.0.0 release and the general purpose of Interface Processing is to extract, transform and load data into Imagine using the files defined interface. In Imagine this refers to importing billing information from a system service interface.

  • Facilitates future file processing of other download types (like payments)

ImagineBilling™ Merging & Unmerging Doctors

ImagineBilling™ Feature Courses are designed to provide a quick snapshot of new or underutilized Imagine Billing Features. Each course is designed to be 10 minutes or less and allow our users to learn new things, without a decrease in productivity.

In this Feature course we will review Merging and Unmerging doctors. The utility was made available in the V 20.0.0.0 release and provides Imagine users with a tool to quickly identify and merge duplicate Referring Doctors.

In this instructional course, you will learn how to:
  • What details are used to determine possible duplicates
  • How to select the source vs destination referring doctor
  • How to unmerge a referring doctor that was merged in error
ImagineBilling™ Systemwide Patient Alerts

ImagineBilling™ Feature Courses are designed to provide a quick snapshot of new or underutilized Imagine Billing Features. Each course is designed to be 10 minutes or less and allow our users to learn new things, without a decrease in productivity.

In this Feature course we will review Systemwide Patient Alerts. The tool was made available in the V 20.0.0.0 release and allows Imagine users Allows you to customize patient alerts systemwide for patients. The alerts are visible in Patient Edit, Charge Central, ERS Central, EOB Central, Manual Charge Post and Manual Payment Posting.

In this instructional course, you will learn:
  • What information you need to provide your CS rep to implement the setting
  • How to trigger the alert on a patient account
  • Where the alert can be seen in the system
  • How to deactivate the alert from a patient account
ImagineBilling™ Systemwide Patient Alerts

ImagineBilling™ Feature Courses are designed to provide a quick snapshot of new or underutilized Imagine Billing Features. Each course is designed to be 10 minutes or less and allow our users to learn new things, without a decrease in productivity.

In this Feature course we will review Importing PDFs in the TrueICE module. The utility was made available in the V 20.0.0.0 release and aids Imagine users in creating workflow efficiencies by removing the need for users to convert PDF text outside of TrueICE.

In this instructional course, you will learn:
  • The difference between Image Based PDFs and Text Based PDFs
  • How to import PDF files into TrueICE
  • How to use the search function to copy a PDF to a different patient account
  • How to import PDFs from the Associated Documents Screen
